Application scope:
This Railway bearing integral mounting press consists of one set of automatic bearing mount press, and one set of truss manipulator. It's mainly used for the pre-assembly and assembly of the integral bearing of the rolling stock wheelsets. It can collect, display and print the corresponding pressing data, generate, record, save and print the pressing curve. The manipulator is used for grabbing the bearings for mounting. Only one operator is required to complete all the operation.

Main mounting process:

Load the bearing to the position for manipulator to grab → Check the bearing information → Manipulator grabs the bearings → Centering of the spacer ring (No this step if no spacer ring) → Bearing pre-assembly and wheelset sent to the bearing mount press → Wheelset positioning → Automatic bearing mounting → Wheelset unloading.

• It can automatically and real-time detect and record the pressing force, adhesion force, pressure difference and holding time during bearing mounting, and automatically judgement: qualified or not.
• It has the functions of data storage, curve recording, intelligent judgment, curve merging, automatic HP printing of A4 paper in the form of graphics, etc.
• It's provided with emergency stop button the control panel.
• The press is equipped with safety protection interlocking device, short circuit, circuit breaking and leakage protection device, and protection device for power failure or accidental shutdown.
